I always have a quitting conversation with all who smokes and always ask how someone quit if they have as it interests me or maybe in the hope my dad would quit smoking if I found a useful way ! And thankfully he has after a health scare!! An important information I have sifted out over the year of talking to patients, who have quit - HAVE ALL QUIT IN A DAY .
