It was a pleasure to work with this patient who approached me seeking a smile transformation. They were dissatisfied with the uneven and worn appearance of their upper teeth. Despite the patient's relatively young age, we had to consider the best approach to address their concerns.

One option we deliberated was composite bonding, which is a less invasive procedure. However, given the patient's grinding habit and the long-term maintenance required, we opted for minimally prepared porcelain veneers, which offered a more durable and long-lasting solution.

The patient's primary goal was to achieve a natural-looking smile enhancement without an overly flashy or artificial appearance. To achieve this, we engaged in careful planning, which included wax-up and mock-up procedures. We made adjustments iteratively until we achieved the desired outcome.

In total, we placed 8 veneers and 2 crowns to achieve the smile transformation the patient desired. The end result not only addressed their concerns but also left the patient genuinely delighted with their new smile. It's rewarding to see the positive impact a smile makeover can have on someone's confidence and overall appearance. I'm proud to say that we were able to enhance the attractiveness of this handsome young man by giving him an even, naturally pleasing smile.
